The quality of work in the hospital's disinfection supply room directly affects the quality of care and work quality of the entire hospital. It is an important department in the hospital. The main work is to clean and reuse the equipment, carry out disinfection and sterilization operations, and distribute it to different departments.
Cleaning refers to the application of certain methods to remove contaminants from articles or medical devices, and the quality of cleaning has an important impact on the safety of the entire medical process.[5]. Thorough cleaning is the basis for ensuring the quality of disinfection and sterilization.
The amount is not up to the standard, the residual blood and body tissue may carry a large number of pathogenic microorganisms, providing a favorable environment for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, forming a layer of biofilm[6]Affect the subsequent sterilization effect. In addition, the residual pollutants are not cleaned in time, which can form old stains and rust spots, which will affect the subsequent cleaning effect.[7]Increase the difficulty of cleaning. The structure of some reusable medical devices is more complex, the residue is not easy to remove, it is difficult to completely remove, it affects the subsequent use, and the possibility of reuse carrying pathogens is large.[8]It can increase the probability of cross-infection and affect the safety of medical work. Related studies have shown that the choice of cleaning agent is closely related to the cleaning effect. Application of multi-enzyme cleaning agent, which can play a role in digestion and decomposition of protease hydrolysis, surfactants can significantly reduce the surface tension of the cleaning solution, anti-deposition[9]. In addition, lipase can be emulsified to remove oil and improve cleaning quality. Bijimei multi-enzyme cleaning agent can reduce the adhesion of pollutants, the difficulty of fatty acid emulsification is lower, and the carbohydrate decomposition ability is strong, and the cleaning effect is better. In the actual application of the supply room, it is necessary to clarify the work tasks of the relevant personnel, improve work efficiency, ensure the quality of care, and avoid the spread of contamination and cross-infection. In this study, the visual inspection pass rate of the control group was79.0%significantly lower than the qualified rate of the experimental group98.0%. In the test of Jeli test paper, the qualified rate of the experimental group is97.0%, the qualified rate of the control group was75.0%,2Group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). From this, the application of multi-enzyme cleaning agent in the supply room has a significant effect, which can ensure the quality of cleaning and sterilization and improve the service life of related medical devices.
In summary, the application effect of multi-enzyme cleaning agent in the supply room is ideal, and the application of multi-enzyme cleaning agent for emotion can significantly improve the cleaning quality and is convenient to operate.
