From 12:40 to 13:30 on November 17, in the conference room on the second floor of the production center, quality control minister yang yueyue presided over a quality management training on the topic of "seven major wastes in the production site". the participants included workshop team leaders, workshop directors, quality control department employees and relevant supervisors of the production center.
Throughout the training, Minister Yang vividly told everyone what waste is and how to identify and improve the seven major waste phenomena of overproduction, inventory, handling, defective products, processing, movement and waiting at the production site. The causes of this series of waste phenomena are described in detail and the improvement measures are put forward one by one.
The trainees at the training site listened carefully and recorded every knowledge point spoken by the training teacher in detail. Many trainees directly combined their notes with the actual situation of their workshops and made marks. The training effect was remarkable.
Through this training, I think the company's workshops and teams in the production process can effectively use the professional knowledge involved in this class to avoid all kinds of production waste, and can draw inferences from one another to improve efficiency and reduce costs for the company's production.
