When disinfecting, it is better to choose the less corrosive disinfectant which can achieve the medium level disinfection effect or above, such as double chain compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, or Wipe with disinfectant wipes. If possible, it is recommended that each patient use and replace the reusable or disposable barrier cover before diagnosis and treatment, one for one.
(2) For the non clinical contact surface, i.e. the surface of objects outside the treatment area that may be contacted by the hands of the medical staff during the treatment, such as the drawer handle of the diagnosis and treatment side cabinet, the faucet switch, the table top of the wash basin, etc., should be cleaned and disinfected at least once a day, and wiped with the disinfectant or disinfectant wipes that have reached the medium level disinfection effect or above.
(3) Cleaning and disinfection of the environment in the diagnosis and treatment area: the surfaces of the walls, ceilings and other objects in the diagnosis and treatment room are rarely touched by the hands of the medical staff, and they are wiped with clean water or detergent once a week in daily life; the floor is polluted by aerosols due to easy treatment, and at least 500 effective chlorine is applied every day after the wet wiping Mg / L disinfectant should be wiped once. If there is blood pollution, it should be cleaned and disinfected immediately.
(4) Cleaning and disinfection of the air in the consulting room: ① preoperative mouthwash: before treatment, the patients should regularly use the bactericidal mouthwash to wash their mouth, which can quickly kill the microorganisms in the mouth and effectively reduce the generation of microbial aerosol from the source. ② Negative pressure suction: the use of negative pressure suction device in the diagnosis and treatment process can reduce the splashing of saliva and blood, reduce the content of microorganisms in the air, and reduce the impact of pollutants on workers and the environment. ③ Air disinfection: including the use of air sterilizer disinfection and ultraviolet disinfection. ④ Natural ventilation: ventilation shall be carried out timely to keep the air fresh. Windows shall be opened for ventilation 2-3 times a day for at least 30 minutes each time.
