0 Introduction O-phthalaldehyde is a kind of pharmaceutical intermediate. In recent years, there are many studies on this new type of disinfectant at home and abroad. It is generally used to sterilize the endoscopes of surgical instruments or equipment in hospitals. In the domestic market, o-phthalaldehyde disinfectant products are rarely observed for their anti-virus and sterilization effects after review [1]. In this study, a disinfectant solution containing 5500 mg/L phthalaldehyde was used, and its pH value was 7.39. Observe the effect of o-phthalaldehyde disinfectant on killing microorganisms and viruses and the effect of simulated field disinfection. The objects of this study include bacterial propagules, fungi, mycobacteria and viruses, and observe the disinfection of digestive endoscopy simulation field.

1 Data and methods

The ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectant used in the 1.1 of experimental data has a stock solution content of 5500 mg/L and a pH value of 7.39. The type of endoscope automatic cleaning and disinfection machine used in the experimental test is ASPENDOCLENS-NSX-TM, which is produced by Johnson & Johnson Company of the United States. The company is currently the largest medical and health care product company in the world. The test subjects included Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Mycobacterium chelonae subspecies abscess, and poliovirus. The polio virus suspension was cultured into a monolayer with MEM cells of calf serum, and the titer was determined after the virus was obtained, and the virus suspension was prepared. (2) Quantitative sterilization of the suspension was carried out at an ambient temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. Add 1 ml of bacterial suspension and 5 ml of phthalaldehyde disinfectant solution into the test tube and mix them for action. The test was repeated for 3 times, and the killing value was finally calculated. (3) The experiment of killing virus should be carried out at 20 degrees Celsius. 0.3 ml of virus suspension and 0.7 ml of phthalaldehyde are added into the test tube to mix and react. Neutralizer is used to mix evenly. After neutralization for 10 minutes, the pathological changes are observed. The experiment is repeated for 3 times. Finally, the killing logarithm is calculated. (4) Digestive endoscopy simulation on-site disinfection, first the bacterial suspension pollution, select Pseudomonas aeruginosa as a reference index. The digestive endoscopy was cleaned and disinfected, and the anti-virus effect of o-phthalaldehyde was sampled. Pour phthalaldehyde disinfectant into the endoscope, place the digestive endoscope on the disinfection machine, run a disinfection cycle, and detect the surviving natural bacteria after the end. After collecting the eluent, send it for inspection, determine and calculate the killing logarithm value.

2 Results The results showed that the ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectant solution with a concentration of 2500 mg/L had a significant killing effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the killing pairs of Candida albicans and Mycobacterium abscess subspecies were all> 4.

3 Discussion o-phthalaldehyde is mainly through the reaction with the microbial protein structure of active molecules to produce a black phenomenon, thus forming the mechanism of action on microorganisms [2]. The experimental results show that the sterilization effect of o-phthalaldehyde is very strong, and its ratio of low concentration requirements, low corrosion and irritation and other advantages are very significant. It can quickly kill bacteria, Mycobacterium chelonae, viruses and other microorganisms, and the disinfection effect is thorough and reliable. In the field simulation test of endoscopic cleaning, the cleaning runs for a cycle, and the residual viruses and bacteria are within the qualified range. Endoscope cleaning and disinfection machine with phthalaldehyde disinfection solution, after cleaning, the disinfection effect of endoscopes through the test are in the range of standards, phthalaldehyde has a certain coloring irritation, with the use of cleaning machine is more ideal. Will be cleaned in the new type of selective anticholinergic drugs, for a variety of receptors can produce prominent antagonistic effect, by directly in the central, peripheral nervous system to play an anticholinergic effect. The combination of multiple regimens can not only relieve the patient's condition in a shorter time, but also ensure the safety. Conclusion The combination therapy for patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning can not only make the clinical indicators enter the normal range in a shorter time, but also has high safety, which is of great significance to the prognosis of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
